"Decent prices without the usual fee nonsense"
The prices are fair, and the transaction fees aren’t outrageous like they are on some other sites, thankfully. It’s fairly easy to see what you’re actually paying, and I haven’t run into any sneaky hidden charges so far. So yeah, it works fine for me.

"Delivery is usually quick, but not always..."
I’ve used shoppy.gg a few times now, and for the most part the instant delivery thing does work. One order showed up right away, which was nice. Another one took a little longer, and I ended up refreshing the page and checking my email a few times before it came through... not a huge deal, just a bit annoying. Overall it does what it’s supposed to when everything goes smoothly, I just wish it was a little more consistent...

"Easy to get started"
Setup was quick, so I was able to jump in right away. Everything was easy to find, which made getting my shop stuff organized simple. No issues so far, and it works fine for what I need

"Order went through, but payment was stressful"
I’m glad my order did eventually go through, and everything was fine in the end. That said, the payment sat pending for way longer than I expected, which made the whole process stressful. Support also took a while to get back to me, so I didn’t really know what was going on. Once it finally cleared, things were okay, but I really wish the payment process had been smoother...

"I had a small issue with..."
I had a small issue with my order and felt a little frustrated at first, but support got back to me quickly, which made me feel a lot better. They were able to sort it out without making me go through a bunch of back and forth. It did take a little longer after that first reply, so I wouldn’t say it was perfect, but overall I felt like they handled it well and I ended up satisfied

"I bought something from a seller there..."
I bought something from a seller there, the whole thing just felt a bit off. As someone who’s cautious about where I shop online, vague product details and slow support are big red flags for me. Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but I didn’t feel confident that it was legit, and I probably wouldn’t use it again.
